Planning permission granted for 71-bed development in Sarisbury Green
Gelder and Kitchen, in conjunction with specialist advisors, has completed designs for a new extra care development in Sarisbury Green, Southampton.
The development comprises a mix of 71 two and one-bed apartments with extensive common activity areas as part of the welcoming entrance area.
The scheme was developed on behalf of Frontier Estates and its client, Anchor.
Full planning permission for the project has now been granted and work will begin on site shortly.
